Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible items.
Items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Apparel must have tags attached

Books must be unread and undamaged
Please note: Collectibles, mystery boxes, and limited edition drops are final sale unless damaged in transit.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Log in to your account and go to Orders

Click “Return/Exchange” next to the item

Provide the reason and attach a photo if needed

You’ll receive a return label and instructions by email within 24 hours

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@gungnirbooks.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
For size changes or product swaps, follow the same return process and select "Exchange." We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or artist collaboration items marked “Final Sale”

Opened or used merchandise
